Ping Pong app for AFL

After a meeting last week with @ICTEvangelist I was introduced to a new app called Ping Pong.  Not an app for table tennis but a neat app for finding out what information students do or do not understand in a session.

It is a really simple app to use and works really easily in any setting.

All you need to do is pose a question and the students respond via a device.  You then gain all the results and can use it to really check understanding over time.  The students do not need an account to set this up so that saves plenty of time.

As you can see there is a choice of question styles from multiple choice to getting students to draw their responses.  Thinking beyond the simple answering of what students know it also lends itself to all age groups.  Reception children can use this to draw pictures and the teacher can check understanding that way too.
